About Eksteen Attorneys

Eksteen Attorneys was established in 1995 in Bryanston and subsequently moved to Roodepoort on the West Rand.

The owner Gerhard Eksteen is a qualified attorney and registered with the Law Society of the Northern Province. (add certificate of good standing and fid fund cert)

He obtained his B.Proc degree at the University of the Northwest and a Higher Diploma in Corporate Law at the University of Johannesburg.

He was admitted as an attorney by the High Court of South Africa, Pretoria in 1990. 5. Since 1995 he has been practising for his own account for the last 21 years.

This fact is proof of our work ethics, commitment to our clients and to the profession.

Our main office is situated in No 5, Panorama Office Estate, 971 Kudu street, Allen’s Nek, Roodepoort.

We mainly operate in the jurisdictions of the Randburg, Johannesburg, Roodepoort and Krugersdorp Courts but we can attend to debt collections nation wide.

Mr.Eksteen is the only attorney in the office assisted by approximately 10 supporting staff.

We specialize in civil litigation in the High Court as well as any lower Court.
